As an Associate, you will begin to develop sector expertise and manage larger/multiple workstreams as part of a project team. You will begin to lead collaboration within the firm to create bespoke solutions for clients

Responsibilities

Redefine unclear client challenges into problem statements and develop steps to solve them

Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to distil complex data into actionable solutions

Establish client relationships to improve interactions and service delivery.

Effectively communicate with senior stakeholder groups such as client leadership to present recommendations.

Provide guidance and leverage the strengths of team members to create actionable solutions

Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree and/or Master's Degree
-
No more than 2 to 3+ years work experience after completing your degree
